Brian STABER le lauréat du prix de thèse CSMA est lauréat du prix ECCOMAS

Dear Dr. Staber

The meeting of the Evaluation Committee for the ECCOMAS award for the best PhD theses in 2018 was held on April 26th, 2019 at CIMNE, Barcelona. As an answer to the call for tender, the ECCOMAS member associations nominated 17 theses.
It is our great pleasure to inform you that the ECCOMAS Evaluation Committee has decided to award you with one of the two prizes for your PhD Thesis “Stochastic analysis, simulation and identification of hyperelastic constitutive equations”. Congratulations!
The award comprises a diploma, a sum of 2000 Euros plus the cost for the attendance of the Award Ceremony.
The Award will be handed over at the 9th ECCOMAS PhD Olympiads organized in the framework of the 5th ECCOMAS Young Investigators Conference (YIC2019) , which will take place on September 1-6, 2019 in Krakow, Poland.

  • Brian STABER (Laboratoire MSME)
    titre : “Stochastic analysis, simulation and identification of hyperelastic constitutive equations”
    (directeur de thèse : J. Guilleminot (Duke University/Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée))

Mr. Brian STABER est proposé pour le prix de thèse ECCOMAS.

Nous avions reçu cette année 25 candidatures. Le jury, composé de E. Budyn, D. Clouteau, E. Cueto, L. Gallimard, A. Legay, I. Iordanoff, A. Parret-Fréaud, J. Rethoré, J. Yvonnet et H. Zahrouni souhaitent souligner le niveau très élevé des dossiers reçus malgré le nombre de candidatures très important.
